You don't know much about dogs really, do you? If you're talking about actual copulation by a male dog with a woman, male dogs don't come on heat. If you mean a female dog licking a woman, female dogs when on heat are looking to be penetrated by a male dog, not lick humans' genitals.

My dog could leave me at any time too, she's quite an escape artist, but she doesn't because dogs are now dependent on human's approval for their survival and happiness, unlike cats which can survive quite well without humans.

And cats can survive better in civilization without huamns because there are not any laws against cats off leashes. If dogs were allowed off leashes too they would kill all the cats. One of my cats died that way. It was fucking awful.
