  • It's OK to skip leg day. Lets face it...legs f*cking hurt when you work them hard. Why...because their the biggest muscle and are constantly working. What else carries your ass around all day long.
    IMO....
    Doing cardio (spinning for example)is much more beneficial for the legs than squats or any other heavy lifting. Unless of course your goal is to be freaky big. Which is a turn on for fat chicks and homos. :)
