I started eating breakfast about 2 months ago because I went on a school camp where we had set meal times and now I am a bit addicted to cereal. Since I started I have only missed it once or twice. Everyone says you need it, I don't feel any fuller or have any more energy. It's probably unhealthy because I am just eating more.
