Do you say nes/snes or do you spell out the letters?

I just call it a Nintendo.

I call them nes and super nintendo.

I play these so I usually just say regular or super.

I just say Nintendo. When people use these initials I usually understand what they mean. Just like when they use the abbreviation for Sega I know what they mean generally but I just say the Sega. I have not really ever seen anyone abbreviate Nintendo 64 they just say Nitendo64 or the 64. we just all know what they mean with that. Xbox I don't think they ever abbreviate unless they say "The 360". Play-station is obvious its Ps, Ps2, Ps3, Ps4.

Ok I know what both mean but really I just say Nitendo. If you were talking to me and said either I would understand you.

N E S sounds snobby and like you aren't a person that plays NES and S N E S sounds even worse

I know someone who seems to alternate sometimes he says N, E, S sometimes NES. Always says Super Nintendo though, never SNES or S,N,E,S. I say NES & SNES myself however.
