Personally, I have to beat off before I go to work, otherwise I end up having boners at the most inconvenient times. If I'm unable to do it in the morning, I'll have to do it in the bathroom at work. Even the busted up lookin janitor gives me a stiffy if I stave off from fapping / sex for over 24 hours.
