Do you poo while reading iin?
i always sit on my phone while i have a dump, usually on sites like this, commenting on other peoples things and having a merry old time. i feel that it releases my bowels more as i end up sitting here for 20 minutes or until my legs go numb... do you ever rest your elbows on your legs and they go numb?
