  • I've had many bosses over the years and much prefer men. Women have a hard time separating personal feelings from business feelings or decisions. If a female boss doesn't like you for whatever reason, whether it is your personality, appearance, etc it won't matter how well you do your job, you won't advance, get good raises, or be treated well. Of course if she likes you it could work out well even if you are bad at your job.

    Men tend to better separate their personal feelings from decisions as a manager.

          • Well, that has certainly been my experience. I wish women had never entered the workforce. Imagine how much lower unemployment would be.

    • I gave you a thumbs up because I went through the same exact thing. Interesting fact: the female bosses I've worked with NEVER hired female employees. I think she was also aware that female employees can't separate personal feelings and business feelings.
