Cave fish as in fish that live in underground caves filled with water. The olm, for example, can live for a hundred years. It isn't actually a fish, but is the only long lived cave-dweller I can think of on the spare of the moment. It's about 20 cm long, looks like a pinkish newt, and is blind. The pet trade drove it close to extinction.

Unless you want to compare yourself to tortoises, shellfish and some cave fish, then we actually aren't too badly off in terms of lifespan.
