I live in a suburb that is 10 minutes away from the city and 10 minutes away from middle-of-nowhere country.

I live in SW VA, it's pretty much ALL country here.

The Suburbs or county. However, I don't live that far from some parts of the city.

As much as I love living in the country and having more privacy, it sucks since we have to have dial-up since most cheap internet services aren't available in this area :( And no cell service!

I live in Winterthur ( 100'000 inhabitants ). Judge for yourself. I guess in the USA that's just a town but in Switzerland it's one of the largest cities.

I think people who live in a city would say I live in the country, and people who live properly in the country would say I lived in a suburban town. I do live in a decently-sized town, but it's definitely no city and it doesn't feel like the suburbs of anywhere. So I'll vote country, but it feels disingenuous not to give a better description :P

Same with me. It's definitely more country than city, although it doesn't feel *completely* country. I live fairly close to a city, so maybe I'm in a suburb.:S
