Do you like your career but have problems with your employer, your workplace and/or your co-workers causing you to hate your job and dread going to work?

I live in Belgium (small country, big problems). There's only 3 animation studios in Belgium. All awesome, all in Brussels. I live on the other side of the country. I know, it's small, but I still have to ride the train every morning for 2 hours and a half and the same to go back home. Doesn't sound so bad, except the trains here are "TheWeel 2.0", and ALLWAYS packed with people who don't want to be there. I really love animating, and I'm really gratefull I get to do what I love. Nothing comes free, I guess.
edit: moving to Brussels is not an option. I'm too attached to the people where I live. If I could just buy the king's palace, I would live there with my friends, its comfy and close to work.
I love my job and I make the best of my co-workers. I work with over twelve thousand people so there's bound to be good and bad among that number. I used to work with just fifty people and it was a little more poisonous. If it's that kind of environment that caused you to post this, I'm sorry. Been there, got out. I'd recommend you do too.
