I like when they make vampires more menacing psychologically than menacing physically. The whole thing about vampires isn't that they are capable of killing you with one punch, but that they would be more sadistic.
I like vampires from things like Being Human. Herrick was an amazing vampire.
Yes, Lestat. I read the book 'The vampire Lestat' out of pure curiosity one day. I must say that it was an exceptional page turner and gave me a new interest of vampires when I didn't really care for them before.
