    Sounds like most big cities. Do you have bums pooping everywhere in the streets?? San Franshitsco is pretty bad these days.

      I live in a city of 100k people, and one day I saw 2 separate alcoholic women shitting on a busy city centre street within a minute of each other.

      Doesn't it? I don't even live in a city, that's the annoying thing, so when this shit happens chances are I know them in some way.
