I'd say they're about equal-some women I work with bitchy women all the time while the men are usually the calm quiet ones.
women are getting more managerial positions because they usually go further in their education than men and the prejudice against them in the workplace has gone done.
You can tell which female managers were fat and picked on because they become bullies in the workplace. In a few jobs I've had, usually it's the obese managers who also tend to be the bitchiest and bossy.
Don't get me wrong-I want full equality for women at the workplace-just can't stand the bitchy ones.
Of course there are male managers who can be assholes too but in my experience men are usually less obnoxious than women (as bosses).
