yes, women have to deal with a lot more shit than men. Aside from STD's they have menstruation, they get stalked, abused by men, they usually get paid less and are not considered as competent as men on the job, they have mood swings, etc.
Though one can argue men have it pretty hard too-we still have to be the breadwinners, we have to protect our families/go to war, have it harder than women when it comes to dating on so on.
There's advantages and disadvantages to both sexes but I think I'd still rather be a female-if I got to choose.

I think it's kind of funny though how women these days are out weighing the men in management jobs. I think it's because women can actually hold in anger much easier than men. Yes, women can be rather emotional but most likely they wouldn't go off on an employee that makes a mistake or that tries to argue with her on disagreeing with something. Plus women are more organized and can multi-task better since we are more scatter brained.

And on the work scene or even life in general , I'm always noticing girls or women doing 20 things at once plus kids plus their beloved mobile phone calls x 100s a day x 3 at once. Honestly do not know how they do that.
On phone alone , I train everyone to text me only and to don't expect a reply either unless it's a definite have to know - I'm always getting blasted for it.

women are getting more managerial positions because they usually go further in their education than men and the prejudice against them in the workplace has gone done.
You can tell which female managers were fat and picked on because they become bullies in the workplace. In a few jobs I've had, usually it's the obese managers who also tend to be the bitchiest and bossy.
Don't get me wrong-I want full equality for women at the workplace-just can't stand the bitchy ones.
Of course there are male managers who can be assholes too but in my experience men are usually less obnoxious than women (as bosses).
