I tend to be the friend solvent. It's usually requested that I'm present at the mixing because I am apparently "glue". One on hand, nice to be seen as melted-down horse. On the other, nice to be the person who makes things stick. To answer your question, I'm always nervous at being asked to be the conduit, but it always seems to work out. I like meeting new people and integrating them. I like people in general.
