Do you lie often? pathologically or otherwise?

Not often, but it would be a lie to say never. I've read the average person lies twice a day.
I've noticed most my lies have come from speaking without thinking and saying something accidently and then having to just go with it to keep the other person from thinking I lied on purpose.

When people ask "how are you" and I reply "I'm ok" when I'm not, that is a lie. So I suppose I lie pretty often when I'm in a bad mood!

I lie constantly and never tell the truth.
In fact, I'm doing it right now.

Nope. Nothing hurts more then the truth.

I don't lie. Sometimes it can be hard to put something into the right words, that is all.

I used to lie way more as a kid to get out of trouble... I had to get goid at it because my mom's smart...she will catch you.

But now that im an adult I dont lie as much...maybe a little lie here or there but hardly any... I dont need to anymore

I'm strongly against lying and only do it when absolutely necessary.

Nope, lying is a waste of time and effort for the most part. I suppose I might lie by omission, but I honestly don't see that as lying. Too many white lies are a good way to get caught up in codependency.
