Yeah, I'm guilty of this. When people wear hoodies inside or in raging hot days I usually just think to myself, "Oh my God! You're so cool! A hoodie inside or when it's not necessary!? Oh my God, can I be you, you amazing person!" in mockery.
I think that sometimes people will do it because it's comfortable but I think most of the time they do it to have this whole tough guy look, which fails to do on so many levels.
