I'm not completely sure what my true sexuality is, so I guess it's impossible for me to be truly open about it.
In real life I don't tell anybody anything about my sexual preferences. It's none of their business or of interest to anyone I know.
I don't know what true sexuality is. But I can tell you that I don't identify myself by my sexuality. That is to say that I don't label myself as a straight male, I simply am who I am.
My parents asked me if I was gay when I went a few years without being in a relationship. To them being alone meant I had to be gay. That was the only time I have had to label my sexuality and I was a little offended they felt like it was any of their business.
I am demisexual, but since most people don't know what it is or don't believe me I would tell people I am straight.
I just recently decided to live "out". I didn't tell people I was bi or straight but then again I didn't advertise that im queer either.
I voted other because I would identify as bisexual but I don't tell people anything. As others have said, people assume I'm straight and I don't really see any reason to contradict that because it's none of their business. I have a boyfriend (who knows what my sexuality is) but if I broke up with him and started dating a girl, they'd obviously know. I wouldn't hide it but I wouldn't broadcast it either. It just is what it is.
Like the guy above said, I don't like to label but I'd go with bisexual, however I'm married to a man (I'm a woman), so the question of 'what is your sexuality' doesn't come up. People assume straight so I just tend to go with it.
I don't like to label things. If you'd ask me, I'd say I'm bisexual, but that is really just a simplification so I don't have to go in detail. It's none of other peoples business anyways.
