    By this definition, not at all. I pay attention to my appearance as far as not wanting to look like a slob when I'm out with my wife, but in general have little interest in my appearance. As far as having an erotic interest in myself, well that's way beyond anything I've ever contemplated.

      narcissism goes beyond oneself. it does have an affect on how you view and treat others
