    - Unfamiliar bathrooms scare me and I don't know why.
    - Bugs are also pretty scary.
    - Changes in my routine throw me off something fierce whether it's home or work.

I had a phobia once. Seen a doctor and he said the only way to get over my phobia is exposure therapy and to keep doing it over and over again. I said I have a phobia of death and I'm pretty sure i can only do it once.

My mom. She can be high maintenance so visits sometimes send me into panic.

I hate bees, dramatically (and not on purpose) flinch when there are loud random sounds/ objects being thrown at or near me (ie: balloons popping, dodgeball, frisbees being thrown, basically anything being thrown at me). I also increasingly get nervous around balloons because I never know when they are going to pop, if at all.

I understand this all too well. Especially when the air is dry and everything gives off a static charge. I try to ground myself but that doesn't always work.

I think I have a bit of an irrational fear of tsunamis and tornados. I live very far from the sea but like seeing tsunamis on the news still makes me scared. I’d consider that a phobia

For a trigger, I guess head injuries. I hate witnessing or causing head injuries. Like in fights I don’t really want to hit anyone in the head, and I /hate/ when someone gets their head blown open, even in a movie I hate it.

I won’t watch Joker cause I accidentally watched a spoiler of the interviewer guy getting shot. And when I hunt I aim for the heart or the lungs instead of the head. Head injuries just freak me out too much
