    Might just be a UK expression,

    They're basically strange people who meet strangers at " dogging " sites in forests etc and all have sex with each other in the cars

        The sound of an overweight middle aged man wheezing mid thrust
        The sight of a hairy crack slowly falling and rising illuminated by the cascading light from a car headlight as you feel the springs sag in the back of a Vauxhall estate.

          People do it in their cars here, but not in forests and our "dogging sites", in comparison, would just be your best friend's driveway.
