Plastic is a big thing for me, be it PVC or even just common trash bags. As long as it's pure shiny plastic (no cloth lining) and it's a dress, a gown, or a raincoat, I'd wear it. I wear plastic with nothing else, other than matching plastic undergarment, unless the skirt is long enough where I don't need to wear an undergarment, such as a plastic ball gown (which I fantasize of wearing).
