People always think im being judgmental or in a bad mood even if in the inside im feeling like cotton candy. I have to force myself to smile to avoid giving that impression. It aint the worst because some ladies like the intense looks but still it makes me pretty unapproachable.

Not really, I'm no expert but I have noticed that short hair tend to give an austere look. You should avoid. Maybe a fringe.
