Hmm... it sounds really negative to me! :( but look at the statistics of the poll, it must be very normal to blame ourselves on what we've done in the past. You should know you are not alone!
I have screwed up quite a lot actually, career and relationship, etc. but I'm trying to get up from where I've fallen, if you know what I mean. Perhaps we don't see a way now, but hopefully and slowly we will find it! That's what my mom said.
