I think with you, it seems like your more dissapointed with your past actions. Its no reason to hate yourself, whats past is past.
However, i have on occations hated my lack of openness to my friends. I can rant all i want online but can never tell my family and freinds who the compleat real me is. but I think with my family background, opening up will only lead to crappier life, so sometimes, yes.. i hate myself. But i try to find things not to hate.
