    Yeah I wouldn't like that person after that. Chances are they were lying to get attention and/or money. It's a pretty pathetic thing for them to do.

      Belle Gibson is all I can think of right now. She had, like, terminal brain, blood, spleen, uterus, liver, and kidney cancers... and cured them all on her own! It's in the book.
