This is because I sleep in whatever I was wearing when I got tired. Which is always proper clothes.
Until recently I had exactly the same number of undergarments as overgarments. (Not t-shirts, I have a billion t-shirts in faded black with bands I no longer listen to on the front/back/both)
I keep my clothing in a suitcase near my bed, which I sit on because I can't fit a chair in my room.
Sometimes I spill food or drink on my underwear and that just fucks the whole thing up. I might have to "go commando" for the few hours it takes to do laundry but I've never left the house like that.
Not sure if I'm qualified to be voting on a website titled "Is it normal"
