I agree with Deepthought33, this site has helped me like people again, in a round-about way. I try harder to control/destroy my prejudices now, instead of justifying them.
Sure, there are a lot of negative comments, I make some myself, but I think overall they help almost as much as the positive opinions do. People write what they really think and it's sometimes shocking, but after about a weeks worth of comments, you can usually find a helpful answer or two.
When I write a comment, I don't expect the OP to take my advice, but I hope that maybe it'll get them thinking.
