How well do you personally think you fit into the is it normal community? or have you ever given it any thought?

I feel like it's hard to fit in to this place. There are a lot of people who aren't here to make friends and a lot of people who only enjoy talking to a certain "group" on here.
I think it's sad when people say they don't feel like they fit in here, because I can't think of anyone who doesn't seem to me like they fit in here. Unless those people just don't want to fit in; I think all you have to do to fit in is want to fit in. You don't have to change yourself to be like anyone else here, or even socialize with anyone here. You just have to be here and you're part of the community by default. Maybe I just have a looser idea of what it means to "fit in" to everyone else :P

I don't communicate much with other users (pm etc...) but I don't feel a stranger here. I feel good just being part of the community. I think of myself as a lonesome IINer. On some posts I reply to comments which cause me some emotions, sometimes I'm pleasant and sometimes I'm not very pleasant. I don't want to be close to anyone here considering all I have revealed about my life and I don't intend to make online friends but I would like to be okay with the other users. I don't know how I'm perceived and I don't really care. I try not to be mean and from my point of view I'M AWESOME :) Just joking huh.. Actually it's true.
You have a group of different people that have different abnormal tendencies. In a way we do and don't. We do by how we have sought out a site involving such things, and we don't because what we do on the site we all enjoy differs.
I'm still pretty new.
Sadly I'm not as well spoken as the native english speakers here, and I never know where to make commas. But apart from that I think I get along. I don't feel excluded.
It saddens me to see the top post in this thread is saying no. :( It seems like a lot of people come in here and see all the joke threads us regulars make and it makes them feel ostracized, but that's not how it is at all.... We talk to each other more because we've been here longer, but IIN has been a fantastic group. It took me a little while when I first signed up, took some posting and testing the waters and getting to know people to really feel like I fit in, but if you just tough out that awkward, "new forum" transition period, I think you'll find us to be quite the friendly lot.

Form sappy teens moaning about not caring about their birthdays, people getting sexual arousment from their toe jam and even people having incesteous dreams of their relatives... hmm yes, I think I fit it rather well considering the above :).
I don't really care that much. I get on with certain users here, and it makes this place much more enjoyable for me, but I don't think that means I fit in here. I guess I do. I certainly don't feel excluded, so I guess I do fit in pretty well here.:)
Why would anyone give a damn whether they fit in here or not? I see by the votes that most of the people here agree with me!

Honest Answer. This website is highly entertaining. I'm new so I can't really say much about fitting in, but every weird thing I've done can be found somewhere on this site, and that alone was comforting for me ^o^.

I'm not part of the sub-community of chat room frequenters and IIN Gold socialisers, but I don't feel like an outsider looking in, and I don't feel pushed out in any way.
actually i find this site is great. i can bring everything up here without feeling ashamed. and those things i never or shouldnt tell anyone before.but i can take it anymore, so it's better to share with people with different minded bcoz of course they have different point of views than mine and i can compare.

I would say no just because of how un-accepting I am of certain things compared to most of the people on this site.
There's a lot of people I largely agree with on topics, then there's a good few who I definitely don't agree with! Then there's just some trolls and bullies... and some drunk people (the drunk people I can tolerate... lol)
