Do you feel guilty when you eat food that might make you gain weight?
I'm not overweight, but I always feel guilty when I eat anything other than plain salad/vegetables or water, and so on. Is this common?

No one type of food will make you gain weight. It's normal to feel guilty because society makes you feel that way. We do bad things all the time without feeling guilty because we're raised that way. Normal isn't necessarily good and visa versa. What people know as correct is constantly changing. There are currently too many dogmas surrounding health and nutrition.
