No, I say "Gesundheit". But I never know when it's appropriate. Do I say it if I don't know the person? Do I say it to distinguished people?
And more importantly: If they sneeze again did I fail?
I say Gesundheit too, and I say it to everyone and anyone.
Do you ever tell someone "Bless You", after they sneeze?
