My mom was way out of my fathers league. Shes so smart and pretty. She left him when I was a baby, so she knew lol. I think step parents should count. My mom has been married 4 times and the first 3 including my dad she was out of their league. The 4th one even tho he wasnt as smart as my mom, who by this point graduated from college an honor student, he was such a nice guy. Long story short they separated my brothers ruins that one. But they remained friends.
Im with my bf and we have a child. As far as looks im out of his league.however he is smart has a great personality and stuff. So sometimes you might think people are settling for someone if u just base it on looks alone but there might be other reasons why they are a good match.
Your talking about a very shallow/ simplistic view
"Ohhh my dads hot and my mums ugly"
I mean on a much more basic SKILL level. I.e Communication, abilities, discipline, self control, awareness etc. My Dad looks like Ghandi/Eckhart Tolle standing next to my mum.
I'm saying not only is my dad better looking for his gender. But hes also wayyyy past her in self understanding.
And honestly it painted a very negative frame early on for me of women as being, annoying creatures who will EVENTUALLY let themselves go.obbz i changed that
I mentioned smart...my mom is very intelligent way more so then my father. She also never really let herself go...she noticed she gained weight and worked on losing it and now runs almost every day. My father is not a bad guy but he did a lot of drugs and I think it might have effected his intelligence you have to dumb down your conversations with him. He also doesn't seem very ambitious to me job wise. Like he is mostly unemployed and very lazy....were as my mom is not lazy and works hard on her goals/dreams.
and im glade you changed your veiw of women.
