Do you ever get sadistic thoughts about killing people?

I think about it a lot but I control myself very well. I'm a sadist but my default mode is total sweetness :3
I don't hate the whole human race, some people are rather cool. There are good people out there :)
My thoughts are mostly about stabbing women, particularly in the heart, being totally covered in blood and loving the screaming, begging and pain that I cause. However I know I will never act out on this... because I'd probably be caught because I'd be too lazy to dispose of the dead body. Also because I have a rather normal relationship that I intend to maintain.
