in all seriousness, people have always been doing drugs and having sex parties, you just don't hear about it as much in times between the 1890s-1960s, cause people like to pretend they were straight edge when in public.
shoot, some ancient greeks were fond of participating in drunken orgies, especially. those who belonged to the "cult of dionysis", named for the greek god of wine.

I think I belong in any time period in the past before teenagers thought it was cool to be drug addicts and sluts. I hate my own generation.
