  • Gave up beef and pork products because I cannot stand the taste of them. I am basically a vegetarian, I cannot get enough fruits and veggies, and my means of proteins are fish, shrimp and peanut butter. No lard products, no pasta products, no dairy products but do, do breads and crackers. Thanks to this, I lost 110 lbs.
