I’ve never heard of that disorder but I do know that some emotions and feelings by default are just hard to describe. Some people are even sad or feel guilty and don’t realize it, just a way they process emotions, albeit not in a helpful way.
Do you still physically express emotions though? Like crying or getting hot/tense when angry or frustrated?
Do you cry/get goosebumps during beautiful moments?

I dont cry often. But most basic emotions have to be put on as a mask. I still feel but I have to physically try to show them.
