You don't see any top bodybuilders from Russia really. If every normal 27 year old guy looked like that first picture that would mean every fucking person had mr. Olympia genetics.
I'm impressed because I train people and spend hours a day in packed gyms and very few people look that good! How am I not the authority on muscular physiques I have literally competed in physique.
I guess we do more of strongman competing than trying to put 32 abs on our stomachs.
Cause there is noooo shortage of Slavic or Ex-USSR strongmen or heavylifters
I only saw the one photo he posted to this thread. And I might have my view of people biased because the only guys I know are either military, goons, farmers, or out of prison 😂
Which picture did you look at? He has posted a few and his most recent one was not nearly as impressive.
And yes russia is a very strong country. I can think of one strong AF guy named Miakayle Shivlekov or something along those lines. That guy is a fucking tank and has made it to the Arnold strongman classic final several years running and done pretty well. Hes hot like the top of the top but top 20 or 25 in the world no doubt.
Also you have Adrey Melanachev who had the classic raw total and squat record in untested powerlifting at one point although his record has recently been surpassed. Still one of the top 5 SHW powerlifters ever no question.
Oh cause I was referring to a different pic off of a different post where he was younger and looked way better. Let me find it.

In general man americans are form over function. Strength sports are more balanced in terms of the US and the countries. Strongest man in the world now is from Iceland and recent ones have been from other places too in Europe and stuff although US is definitely up there as well. Physique wise though the USA is more dominate, especially so in the past with guys like Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, and Jay Cutler.
Eh well whatever he looks like I hope he meets his death soon.
And those Iceland guys are beasts aren’t they? Wasn’t everyone in Iceland like hand selected and placed there by the Vikings? That doesn’t seem fair lol
Yeah Iceland has been dominat. I mean it's not like nobody else stands a chance but for how small their country is, their "strength per capita" has got to be the highest anywhere by far.
Hafthor Bjornson aka Thor is the main guy right now for Iceland and he won world strongest man in 2018, was injured in 2019 so Martin's Licis from the US actually won, but Thor DESTROYED the Arnold strongman classic finals last year and that gives out more prize money and is harder to qualify for than world's strongest man. He the the strongest in the world right now by a large margin. Literally unbelievable this man.
Do you consider yourself smarter than average?
