        That should be a more recent one after i bought my house whats the date on that one. Thats more what i look like now. Its not a very good picture of my face tho

          Need to bring up those legs man loooool. Still very lean though which is good. You don't seem to store much fat in your midsection which improves the overall look immensely.

            That picture was taken in the best 3 years when I was working in the yard not doing anything very physical My calves get huge when im loading.

              Chief, nobody cares about calves. I wanna see quads that make dress pants not fit. Work up to doing 5 sets of 20 reps with 365 pounds for ass to grass squats and your problem will be gone :)

                I wanna look more like that. I dont like getting too big I go for the functional look like what helps in boxing. When I get too big its harder to box you lose speed and wanna throw really hard shots.

            I wasnt trying to lie about it either I didnt think it was that long ago...

            That one must have been taken as soon as I moved there. Ill be back to being that fit again here soon.
