I like to be in control. I like to coordinate people. I like to dispatch orders. I take risks. I don't like being told what to do. I take responsibility. I take action. I consider myself to be 'free flowing' and open to ideas, but ultimately like to make the last call.
I don't know if that makes me a good leader, but "following" is completely uncomfortable. I can take control, yes, but I am not confident with motivating people into action. meh. I think being a good leader means that you can motivate people to follow you spontaneously.
