  • Depending on the context, I can take all those roles.

When it comes to academical or working issues, I prefer to be the leader. I think that I know how to motivate people and delegate responsibilities in an efficient way. People usually like working with me and I am proud to say that I can deliver good results.

In relationships, oddly, I prefer to be the "lone wolf". I don't like being dominated or dominate someone else in a romantic context. I prefer it when we are "equals" and we each have our own lives.

In friendships however, I am a follower 100%. I took the leader role a few times before, but I just figured out that it is full of responsibilities and has almost no benefits at all. People usually believe that the leader controls the group... there is nothing further from the truth. The leader of the gang has to respond to the wishes of everyone, even if it means doing something they dislike. Furthermore, the leader has to be loyal to their group... while the followers can just go from group to group with no consequences.
