I think everyone has had chances to play all of those roles so yes, it does depend on your environment and what kind of job you have. Personally though, I consider the answer being what type of person you are when an occupation doesn't require it, when you're being yourself. Like this, I'm definitely the Loner type, I don't try to rally up people to follow my ways nor do I follow someone else's opinion, I'm usually quietly doing my own thing.
