Honestly I'd say I'm more of a follower than a leader. That's not to say though that I cling to that position. Whenever I can I try to practice leadership skills, so long as I know what needs to be done. For example, in group work for class I'll try to be the guy who leads the discussion and tries to tell people how I believe we should go about doing the job. But in settings where I'm not sure on what to do, I don't mind being ordered around.
