Try being a man that is with a woman that makes it out like sex is some dirty thing that she only did the couple of times it took to get the children.
The insecurity you speak of is, in my experience, on the part of the woman that: doesn't want to be seen naked, doesn't want her ass up in the air, etc. All of these things stem from being insecure, but does she deal with her issues? Nope, your post is a shining example for shifting the blame.
Here's the solution: If you don't want to be with a guy that looks at porn... don't. Maybe you'll find a guy desperate enough to have missionary position sex in the dark once a year, or maybe not, but don't put the onerous of solving YOUR problem on someone else. The guy looking at porn is solving HIS problem*, and that's ok. The solution to everyone's problem lies before them, it's only themselves that are holding them back.
*Truth be told, the guy is only putting a finger in the dyke, he should be out looking for a woman that has the self confidence of a porn star. I'm here to tell all those guys that those women are indeed out there. You best bring your 'A' game because holding on to them is harder than the frigid ones that just want you to support them and shame you for having natural urges. But they are out there.
