Do you bite your nails?

Yes I bite them ! It's a habit , I just can't quit !

My brother had a teacher she was a habitual nail biter bit them super short. She was setting a great example

No, I don't bite my nails, but I do rip hangnails out by the root.

I used to a some years back. I only started doing this because I had a crush on a camp counsellor that did this. It's an unhealthy habit if you have crud, from god know where, under your nails and you get it in your mouth.

I used to bite them a lot back when I was a kid. I'd even chew up the skin around the nails and the cuticles. I remember it pissed off several teachers. I stopped biting them in the summer of 2002 because I wanted long, natural, pretty nails like my older sister had. I grew them out and was too busy maintaining then to even want to bite them off. Now I just don't bite them or grow them out.
