Even without the fossil record the genetic evidence alone would prove evolution. Even if you could disprove the fossil record, which is doubtful, it still would not disprove evolution, as evolution is built upon a mountain of facts.
Though since you have the answers can you let me know why your God did the following:
Gave virtually all other animals the ability to create their own vitamin C except for apes (including humans). We apes have the right gene but it is broken through mutation. Was God smoking crack when he designed us? Why did he love rats and mice more?
Why did he put the laryngeal nerve in humans so that it goes from the brain beneath the heart and then back up to the throat? Even a complete simpleton would of just gone from the brain to the throat.
And lastly Dentistry, we have a whole industry fixing his crappy design. Couldn't your God of just taken some care with it and built a proper jaw like he gave to other animals?
