I meant something like: Eat lots of fruits to be strong and tall like your daddy :3 that's for kids, the more adult is 'have a good diet and don't eat too much sugar'. When I see an diet-thing program on TV they say you can do delicious things with fruits and they are so beautiful and healthy and Om nom nom, but when they ask somebody to choose between the two things: a banana-apple-salad and and a hamburger with extra cheese. I just don't believe the people choosing a simple salad, they just have it in their mind: Ooh, I on TV, I better look like an educated diet prorotype and pick up the apple. It's just fake. And there is not so many people that really do the things that they say on TV, I wanted to know if you agreed on hat I say, or something.
I thought it was veges? I personally think meat is the way to go! Fruits have natural sugar, so too much is bad. My older sister's boyfriends father would eat I don't know how many fruits in a day and he ended up gaining weight. It's all he ate too. Most people are going to take what's more simple to do and tastes better, so the banana-apple-salad is a no. If it was made for you, well that's a totally different thing.
