  • Even eating too much fruit can upset your body; they're often very high in sugars and can overload the body as much as eating too many biscuits/cakes. What people need is a BALANCED diet, the occasional treat like McDonald's every now and again is fine. It's when you eat that stuff all the time, it fills your body with crap.
