Ya, and gravity will always be just theory too. Nothing in science can be called fact; it is all just theory.

Personally, I'm for evolution and gravity; not some ridiculous superstitious bullshit invented to control the ignorant masses. Fossils are real material objects found in the dirt of this planet, so are the amazing variety of animals living on this great planet - that's better than believing in an imaginary (jealous and vengeful) man who controls everything and punishes you after you die (if you are a bad person, but if you're Christian, you can be forgiven, unless you're gay).
