My opinion is this, why not just leave all processed sugar and sugar substitute products alone, none of them are good for you in any way, shape, or form. Live on naturally grown products. Whole grains, fresh veggies, fruits; {I know they contain natural sugars but do not harm you like the processed shit}: This is the main stay of my diet and I love it.
