        Alaskan Husky is an official breed, I don't wana presume anything by "was" either. Great picture, I like her eyes.

          An Alaskan husky isn't really considered an official breed because its a mix of a Siberian Husky and another dog breed. Because of that they can vary greatly in size, color, and it's entire appearance.
